About
Liz Matisovits
Hi, I'm Liz and I've spent most of my life being a lot.
Too much to say. Too much to notice. Too much to feel. Too much to think about at once.
It took me until adulthood to understand why.
I'm AuDHD - autistic and ADHD, a combination with its own inner logic. I'm a psychologist, an organizational consultant with a focus on neurodiversity, a founder and the mother of four neurodivergent children. My household is many things. Quiet is not one of them.
What I do
I work at the intersection of psychology, systems thinking, and neurodivergence.
In my consulting work, I support organizations through cultural change — especially when AI is shifting the rules and people need to understand where they fit in. I believe neurodivergent minds aren't a problem to manage. They're often the clearest thinkers in the room. They just need the right conditions.
In my personal work — through Camouflaged, this shop, and everything I create — I try to give neurodivergent people what I spent years looking for myself: language for their experience, tools that actually work, and the deep relief of finally making sense to themselves.
Why this shop exists
Every resource here comes from real experience. Not theory. Not inspiration content. Real life with a neurodivergent brain, a neurodivergent family, and years of professional work with people who are trying to understand themselves more deeply.
I make these resources because I needed them first.
What you'll find here
Resources and everyday objects for neurodivergent people, parents, and families.
Practical e-books and guides grounded in psychology — written in plain language, designed for brains that don't always do well with walls of text.
And things that make you feel seen on an ordinary Tuesday: notebooks that invite you to write, mugs that hold your cold coffee without judgment, posters that say what you couldn't, stickers that belong on laptops and water bottles and anywhere you want to leave a small mark, and tees that say the quiet part out loud.
Everything here was made with one thought in mind: you should feel at home in your own life.
